Basic Sale Terms & Conditions:

• Burgundy Collective reserves the right to cancel an order at any given time. In this case, Burgundy Collective will provide the client with a full refund of the amounts paid.
• Any return request (within 14 days) of non-faulty items will incur a handling fee of 10% and return shipping will be for your own account.
• Any exchange/return request must be received via email within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product shipping details must be received within the same 14 days and must be received in its original condition and undamaged packaging.
  TIP: Keep original packaging as you may need to use them incase of return. 
•  We do not cover the terms of sale for products purchased from third-party resellers, except for warranty.

Additional Terms and Conditions during sale periods:

• During sale periods/special offers, the delivery may take up to 3 weeks due to high demand & product processing.
• No customisation or engraving on Sale items.
• No refund/exchanges on sale items unless defective (Burgundy Collective reserves the right to either repair or replace the product)
• Discount Codes are not applicable on sale items. Vouchers/Gift Cards are accepted during sale periods.
• All payments or Proof of payments must be confirmed within the Sale Period to qualify for sale price. Burgundy Collective holds the right to cancel orders for which proof of payment is not provided within this period.
