Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@burgundycollective.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Include the reason for your return, photos of the product, and proof of purchase.

For exchanges or returns, you must notify us of the shipping/delivery details within the same 14-day period. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. TIP: Save the shipping materials for returns.

Note: You will be responsible for the courier costs.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Non-faulty returns will incur a 10% handling fee. You can choose between store credit or a cash refund.

We do not accept return/exchange requests after 14 days.

Please keep in mind:

• Sale items are final sales and can only be exchanged if defective.
• In the event of defect, Burgundy Collective reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
• We do not cover returns for products purchased from third-party resellers, except under the basic warranty.
• Non-faulty item returns will incur a 10% handling fee.
• Return shipping is at your own expense.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.
